Specialized sign substrate materials such as economical Cor-X and Sintra Plastics, Plexiglas, various wood types, aluminum, vinyl roll goods, steel and plywood combinations are utilized in sign production. The materials will vary depending on the intended use, location, durability requirements, and cost considerations. A general description of many of the substrates we use is shown below. Sign graphics are produced using high quality vinyl materials with durability ratings of 7 years or more. Vinyl material allows for intricate cutting and overlaying over a variety of surfaces, coupled with economy of price. Painting is also available for select applications. Sign Pro's digital print services make it possible to reproduce detailed graphics, pictures or images on durable vinyl material for sign applications. Advances in technology coupled with a lamination process ensures the high quality finish of our digital prints will last for years to come. Digital print costs now are not much more than vinyl sign prices. With our CNC Router, we can precision cut sign letters and blanks out of a variety of materials including wood. This router can also produce three dimensional signs in substrate faces. Our design team can assist you in the production of the right sign to fit your needs and enhance your organization's image. |
